Do you offer the Best Price Online?

We offer the BEST ONE STOP SHOP SOLUTION ONLINE with fair market price guaranteed.  We support fair trade and will neither throw cut-throat prices and deliver low-quality products to our end buyers nor disrupt the health of the market and hence impose severe economic pressure onto the labor force. 

How much is the Design Charge?

A non-refundable USD 100 is required for design charge.  We will offer two options on structure and graphic designs.  We allow a final modification made on the design option you picked.

What is the Minimum Order?

  • Plain Bags:  1,000 pcs
  • Silk screen Printing: 1,000 pcs
  • Heat-transferred Printing (Photo): 2,500 pcs

What does the Quotation Include?

Production Quotes only cover product cost (ex-factory Hong Kong).  Freight costs, custom duties and tax / VAT are not included.

What is the Typical Packing Method?

Soft packing is normally the packing method (carton paper wrapping).  Extra export Carton box will require charges.   Please specify the type of packing method / specifications.

How much is Shipping Charge?

Our quotation does not include any shipping charges.  Shipping by sea will be the most economical option, even though these bags are lighter than ordinary paper bags.  So, please take all variables into consideration and save some shipping cost by placing the order earlier in advance.  We strongly encourage our customers to ship by sea since smaller but frequent air transports will increase the amount of CO2 emitted to the atmosphere. 

How much is Custom Charge?

Our quotation does not include any custom duties and tax / VAT, and we held no responsibility to these charges.  Please find out from your local government for corresponding duty rates.

What is the Production Lead time?

For orders <10,000 pcs, please allow 10-15 business days after final artwork approval along with all required fees secured.  Exact delivery time will depend on factors such as:  complexity of the construction of the bag; order quantity; production season; national holidays…etc.   

Where are the Bags Made?

They are made in Shenzhen, China and will be shipped out from Hong Kong port.  All production facilities are lawfully complied with all legal regulations along with ISO certifications with respect to Human Rights; Social Responsibility; Environmental; Quality as well as Management. 

What are the steps of Ordering Procedure?

  1. Complete the Inquiry Form (by clicking Inquiry Form Button). 
  2. Email us the complete print ready art files.  Or if you require us to do the design for you, please pay design fee through PayPal first, then send us all art files including logo and slogans you want to put on the bag.  **Please follow our Artwork Criteria / Guideline. ** 
  3. We will prepare low-resolution art file for approval and pro-forma invoice with product cost and production lead time. 
  4. Production will proceed once art file is approved and payment is secured.

What is the Artwork Criteria / Guideline?

  1. We accept artwork created by Illustrator CS3 or earlier version. Save as EPS files and export to JPEG format.
  2. We accept PDF / TIFF / JPEG images with minimum 300 dpi. 
  3. All files must be in CMYK format, with all fonts outlined; all photos embedded, and artwork scale of 1:1.   
  4. Client is responsible to conduct detail quality checkup and ensure it’s ready-to-print before submitting the art files.   Please ensure all contents are correct.
  5. Please compress the file size for larger files and email to artwork@ecofriendlytotebag.com.

**Please make sure all artwork meet the above specifications.  We directly print from the approved artwork, so we do not held any responsibility for any errors made from faulty artworks.**

What is the Color Quality in Printing and Material?

Please allow a +/- 10% in color matching due to limitations on printing and deviations in each dying batch.

Test Prints / Sampling is welcome to ensure end product satisfies client’s expectation.  A chargeable Sampling fee is applicable (Refundable with order exceeds 10,000) Samples production lead time normally takes 5 working days. 

**If the submitted art files do not meet with our printing specifications, we reserve the rights to reject any printing request**

What can I do to Speed Up the Production Process?

  1. Provide print-ready and error-free artwork file (see Artwork Criteria /Guideline);
  2. Provide clear instructions such as:  packaging requirement; shipping mode (include courier or broker contact info if applicable); shipping     destination;
  3. Do not delay on artwork and production approvals;
  4. Ensure all required fees are secure on time;
  5. Choose according to your budget.  Avoid any unrealistic design / details. 

What are the Payment Terms and Method?

We require 100% payment when order is less than 10,000 pcs.  Payment terms for higher quantity will be provided upon quotation request. Once the order is placed, there will be no refund on any cancellation of order.   

We accept PayPal only.

What are some of the Cost-Increasing Factors?

Generally, the more labor work and material involve in the design will increase the cost. 

  1. Color:
  • Metallic and Neon Colors;
  • More number of printing sides;
  • Larger color coverage surface;
  • Extra silk-screen color require extra set up material, wastage, labor, energy and time;
  • Photo Heat-Transfer printing cost more than Silk-Screen printing. Please note, color quality of Photo Heat-Transfer printing on non-woven fabric will not be as sharp as an actual print out of a photo.
     2. Material:

  • Heavier / thicker non-woven fabric stock;
  • More layers / overlapping / pockets …etc of material used;
  • More than 1 color of non-woven fabric are chosen to construct the bag.
     3. Structure:

  • More sophisticated structure;
  • Each additional piece of accessory add on material cost and labor charge. (Any piece of accessory is not recommended since it does not only increase production cost, but also what we've always been trying to avoid – the true cost to the environment. I.e. such as buttons and eyelets are materials required to be removed and place in a specific recycle category.  Mostly, people tend to ignore this process and thus either ended up in a dump site or inject a higher cost during recycling process).
     4. Packing and Shipping:

  • Heavier carton box required;
  • In-sufficient production and delivery time given. Please allow an adequate time for both production and delivery.  

Do you offer warehouse service?
